How fast do you ship? I pack and ship every order within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, holidays excluded). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and where it's headed, so you'll always see the exact cost and an estimated delivery window before you pay.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? All sales are final, so I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please take a good look at photos and details before checking out!

My order arrived damaged, or I got the wrong item. What do I do? Email me at hello@midnightkiln.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and a photo (of the item and packaging, if it arrived damaged). I'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps for a refund or replacement.
